Yes! Certinia integrates with SAP. Popular integrations with SAP include integrating Contracts / Orders to SAP contract modules as well as integrating with SAP projects for purposes of Billing & Invoicing.

Yes, Certinia integrates with Concur. This is a pretty common request by large organizations that use Concur as their corporate solution for expense management. Typically organizations prefer to bring expenses into Certinia PSA from Concur. The integration usually provides for exposing projects and resources to Concur. With Asperato, its possible to create end to end automation for payments & collections  that works for both inbound and outbound payments.

Asperato makes it possible to add ‘Pay Now’ buttons to sales invoices, and other business docs

It easy to automatically collect recurring revenue and set up automatic Cash Entry & Cash Matching to reduce the manual effort and errors.

We’ve helped a few clients implement Asperato and extend the functionality to automate collection of recurring subscription payments.

CLD has lots of experience migrating time records from OpenAir to Certinia PSA and we have scripts available for our clients.

Often we recommend clients take a look a whether they need all the legacy timecards or just some (from say inflight projects or un-billed timecards).

And it’s important to think about why legacy timecard data is needed in the new system (for reporting, etc.) since this can influence the decision on which records to bring over.

Sometimes for closed projects, it might be sufficient to use an aggregate or summary migration approach using Misc. Adjustments or a legacy value field.
